What's included in the price?
2,000 minutes included per user each month, free calling via the Linphone app on desktop & mobile, voicemail, call recording, call flows and reporting are all included as standard. Number porting is £19+VAT per number, one-off. Desk phones and SIP trunks are quoted separately based on what you need.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Your 2,000 minutes cover UK landline and mobile calls (mobile calls count for up to half your bundle), with a smaller allowance for 03 numbers. Most small teams don't come close to the cap — if you're a heavy caller, tell us and we'll size a bundle that fits.
Do I need to buy a desk phone?
No — most teams start on their existing computer and mobile using the free Linphone app. Cordless IP handsets are available from £99+VAT outright if you want them for reception or shared desks, with rental options available on request.
Do I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We handle the transfer for a one-off fee of £19+VAT per number — your landline and mobile numbers carry over, nothing changes for customers calling in.
Will there be any downtime during the switch?
No. We run your new system alongside the old line during cutover and only decommission the legacy line once everything's confirmed working.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No long lock-ins. Terms are laid out plainly in your quote before you commit to anything.
Do you offer SIP trunks for an existing phone system?
Yes. If you already have a PBX on site, we can provide SIP trunks so you keep your hardware and just move the lines across — mention this when you enquire.
