Two services, depending on what you have got. Hosted VoIP is a complete cloud phone system. Pick this if you do not have an existing on-site PBX, or you are ready to replace one. SIP trunks let you keep your existing PBX and just replace the lines feeding it.
Hosted VoIP starts at £9.99 +VAT/user/month on Pay As You Go, or £14.99 +VAT/user/month with 2,000 inclusive UK minutes per user. Call handling, hunt groups, IVR menus, voicemail to email, caller-ID management and conference rooms all included. Out-of-bundle calls are charged at our published business call rates.
SIP trunks start at £8.99 +VAT/user/month. Keep your existing PBX, we replace just the PSTN lines feeding it. PSTN switch-off ready with minimal disruption to your current setup.
Hardware is optional. The Yealink T31P (£49.99 +VAT) covers most desks. T53W (£99.99) adds Wi-Fi. T57W (£199.99) has a touchscreen. Cordless DECT is available if you need it. Many teams skip handsets entirely and use the mobile and desktop apps.
