You do not need a new phone. Your existing handset plugs into a small ATA adapter that we include with the install. The number you have had for years comes across with you in most cases.

Can I keep my number?
Yes in most cases. Number porting takes 1 to 2 weeks. We handle the paperwork.
What happens when broadband drops?
VoIP needs an internet connection, so the phone goes with it during an outage. We can set up automatic call divert to your mobile so calls still reach you.
Do I need a new phone?
No. Your existing handset plugs into a small ATA adapter we include with the install. If you would prefer a new phone, we supply Yealink handsets from £49.99 + VAT.
