How do I know if full fibre is available at my address? +

The easiest way is to get in touch and we will check for you. You can also use the Ofcom broadband coverage checker to get a general idea of what networks reach your postcode.

Do I still need a phone line with SOGEA? +

No. That is one of the main benefits of SOGEA — it delivers broadband over the existing copper infrastructure without requiring a separate phone line rental. If you want a home phone number you can add our home VoIP line instead, which works out cheaper than a traditional line rental.

What speeds can I expect? +

FTTP full fibre speeds go up to 1Gbps depending on the package. SOGEA speeds depend on your distance from the cabinet but are typically between 20Mbps and 80Mbps. We will give you a realistic speed estimate for your specific address before you order.

Can I get a home phone number too? +
