About Cader Networks
A rural-connectivity specialist based in the Dyfi Valley. We connect homes, farms and businesses across mid and west Wales to fibre, 4G, Starlink and VoIP, and look after them once they are live.
Started in the Dyfi Valley to do this properly
Cader Networks was founded to give rural Welsh homes and businesses the same standard of connectivity that towns and cities take for granted. The name comes from Cader Idris, the mountain above the office.
We work across the UK's major fibre networks, the four mobile carriers (EE, O2, Vodafone, Three) and Starlink. That means we can recommend what fits the address rather than what fits our supplier deal. The right one for the job.
Support is in Wales. The engineer who installs your system is the same one you speak to when something needs attention. Most issues are resolved in under 30 minutes. No first-line script, no off-shore call centre.
We are not the cheapest. We are very competitive, but a couple of pounds a month between us and the lowest figure on the market pays for kit that is not cut-price, support that picks up the phone, and a team that knows your account.

Common questions about Cader Networks
Where are you based?
Cader Networks Ltd is based in the Dyfi Valley in mid-Wales. We work across Ceredigion, Powys, Gwynedd and the borders as standard, with the rest of Wales by arrangement.
Are you a reseller or do you operate your own network?
We are a Welsh-based telecoms provider that works directly across the UK's major fibre networks, the four mobile carriers (EE, O2, Vodafone, Three) and Starlink. We pick the right network for each address rather than reselling whatever we have a deal on.
Why does that matter to me as a customer?
It means we can recommend what is actually best for your address, not whichever line we are obliged to sell. And if something goes wrong we have direct access to the diagnostic tools and the carrier relationships to chase a real fix.
Who picks up the phone when I call?
The engineer who set up your system, by first name. Welsh-based support, by phone or email during working hours. Most issues resolved in under 30 minutes.
