Website Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the Cader Networks website or services.

Last updated: 02 March 2026 | Applies to: cadernetworks.co.uk and all subdomains

1. About Us & These Terms

This website is operated by Cader Networks Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16116110). Our registered address is Ty Capel Soar, Machynlleth, SY20 9PA.

By accessing or using our website (cadernetworks.co.uk and any subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These terms apply to use of our website only. Service-specific terms for broadband, VoIP, and other products are set out in our Master Service Agreement and associated Service Schedules, provided at the point of sale.

2. Services Overview

Cader Networks provides telecommunications services to residential and business customers across Wales, including:

  • Residential and business broadband (FTTP, FTTC, 4G/5G)
  • VoIP phone systems (residential and business)
  • Leased line and dedicated connectivity
  • Business SIM-only mobile plans
  • Network installation and equipment supply

Information on this website is for general guidance only. Pricing, availability, and service specifications are subject to confirmation at the point of order. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT for residential customers and exclusive of VAT for business customers unless stated otherwise.

Service availability is subject to survey, line testing, and upstream provider capacity. We cannot guarantee availability until checks are complete.

3. Enquiries, Quotes & Orders

Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or calling us does not constitute a binding contract. A contract for services is only formed when:

  • You have received and signed (or electronically accepted) a formal order or service agreement, and
  • We have confirmed acceptance of your order in writing

We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including following a failed credit check or where services are not technically feasible at your address.

4. Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off Period

If you are a residential (consumer) customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of entering into a contract, without giving a reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • If installation work has commenced at your request during the cooling-off period, you may be charged for any work already carried out
  • To exercise this right, notify us in writing at [email protected]
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation

Business customers do not benefit from consumer cooling-off rights. Business terms are governed by the Master Service Agreement.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices quoted are correct at the time of display but are subject to change
  • Final pricing is confirmed at the point of order — website prices are indicative
  • Residential prices include VAT at the prevailing rate; business prices exclude VAT unless stated
  • We reserve the right to apply annual price increases in line with our service agreements
  • Setup or installation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless we are at fault
  • Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges as set out in your service agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, the "Broadband Without The Bull" tagline, and the Cader Networks brand — is the intellectual property of Cader Networks Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright law.
