Where it is not the right answer
For a genuinely permanent site with predictable, heavy bandwidth needs, a fixed line or leased line will usually be cheaper and more consistent over time. Mobile broadband earns its place specifically where the address is temporary, or where speed of deployment matters more than long-term cost efficiency.
What happens when the job ends
The kit is collected and the account closed. No landline to cancel, no hardware left behind, nothing running past the date it is actually needed.
